Returns and Refunds Policy — Maison Bouali
In accordance with European regulations (Directive 2011/83/EU) and French consumer law, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, with no need to justify your decision.
Return Conditions
To be accepted, the returned product must be:
- Unopened and unsealed
- In its original, intact packaging
- Accompanied by your proof of purchase
Products Excluded From the Right of Return
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, food products that have been opened or unsealed cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene and food safety.
How to Make a Return
Contact us before making any return at: contact@maisonbouali.com, stating your order number and the reason for the return. We will send you the return instructions.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.
Refund
Once the returned parcel has been received and inspected, we will process the refund within 14 days using the payment method used for the purchase.
