Order Preparation
Orders are prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours of receiving payment (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Carriers and Delivery Times
We ship via several carriers depending on your location and the delivery method chosen:
- Colissimo (La Poste) — home delivery in mainland France within 2 to 4 business days, and in Europe within 4 to 7 business days
- Mondial Relay — pickup point delivery in mainland France and in certain European countries within 3 to 5 business days
- Chronopost — express home delivery in mainland France within 1 to 2 business days
Delivery Zones
We deliver to mainland France and the European Union. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the order and the destination, and are shown before you confirm your order.

A tracking number is sent to you by email as soon as your order ships.
