Shipping Policy — Maison Bouali

Order preparation

Orders are prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours of receiving payment (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Carriers and delivery times

We ship via Sendcloud, with the following options depending on your delivery country:

• Colissimo (La Poste) — delivery to a pickup point or to your home, within 3 to 5 business days
• Mondial Relay — delivery to a pickup point, within 5 to 8 business days
• Chronopost (Shop2Shop network) — delivery to a pickup point, within 5 to 8 business days

Delivery areas

We currently deliver to mainland France, Germany, Belgium, Spain and the Netherlands. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, the carrier chosen and the destination, and are shown before you confirm your order.

Order tracking

A tracking number is sent to you by email as soon as your order ships.
