Bright, direct lemon on the nose. Rose in the background, softening and rounding. Organic lemon peel amplifying the citrus and giving it depth. Bold BOP Uva body structuring the whole and preventing the aroma from turning sweet.
Iced Tea Recipe
Brew 3 g per 200 ml at 90°C, 3 min. Let cool. Pour over ice with a few slices of fresh lemon. The lemon rises cold, the BOP stays present in the background.
